When bookings are made or in other forms of communication, it happens that a person provides information about one or more fellow travelers. Our assumption in such cases is that the individual providing the information has obtained consent from all their fellow travelers to share their personal information with us. If you have not made the booking yourself and someone else has made a booking that includes you, we collect information about you from them. The same applies if someone has contacted us on your behalf.

We may also receive information from financial institutions, payment, and service providers when you use your payment cards or other payment services. We record and use this information to process payments.


Special Categorization of Personal Information (Sensitive Information)

As a general rule, we do not record sensitive personal information. Should it be necessary as an exception, we will request explicit consent to record sensitive personal information, unless we are obligated or have a legal right to record such information.

When you book a trip, accommodation, excursion, rental car, or any other service from us, we use your personal information to send you confirmation, important information about your trip, and offers relevant to your journey. This will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.

During your trip, we may send you important messages via SMS to the mobile number you provided during booking. These could include information about weather, delays, changes, or anything else that could be significant for your journey or destination.
